Contaqt, a cloud contact center technology provider based in Tampa, Florida, is looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our growing support team and handle technical issues raised by customers.
Requirements
-
1+ year of experience in helpdesk departments or technical support for software products

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-
High atteṇtion to d̦etails
-
Experience in handling customer issues and crises in a production environment

The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workload
-
Knowledge of computer, networks, server and security software and hardware (TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, Firewalls and etc)
-
Knowledge in telecom technologies, information systems and call center applications is a plus

Responsibilities
-
Handle customer’s technical issues by phone, email and chat
-
Lead trainings for end-users, set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with connectivity issues
-
Rapidly establish good working relationships with customers, support team and software developers
-
It may also be necessary to travel to our international clients worldwide and work on-site several times a year
