Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our UX/UI, Product, Data Architecture, and DevOps teams to design and build innovative applications and web-based platforms. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable software solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences while supporting robust backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product teams, Data Architecture, and DevOps to conceptualize and develop innovative applications and web platforms.

• Transform designer wireframes and mockups into efficient, functional code.

• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live deployment.

• Design and implement user-centric front-end interactions using modern frameworks.

• Develop and maintain robust backend services, databases, and server-side applications.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility across various devices and environments.

• Lead and promote best development practices within the engineering team.

• Optimize application performance and responsiveness to enhance the overall user experience.

• Build internal tools that support QA automation and DevOps workflows, improving testing efficiency and development consistency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack software development.

• Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks and web technologies.

• Experience building and maintaining backend services, APIs, and databases.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building internal tools and automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with cloud environments and containerized applications.

• Experience with test automation and QA workflows.
